This is a unit devoted to international exchanges of experts & analytical information in the fields of HR promotion & defense, of civil society development, of networking & local communities development & etc. It consists of:

  •  different public events (open lectures, discussions, seminars etc.) for different target groups with the involvement of foreign experts, who are to present current situation (social, economical, political, scientific and cultural & etc.) in the countries they origin from;
  • a permanent exchange of expert information (articles, comments & etc.) between activists (beginners & advanced) from different countries.
